Entrance Foyer

You enter through the front door following input of your unique personal pin number into the security digital lock and monitored ADT alarm; You move into a large and airy foyer and feel the cool relief of the air conditioning.

Master Suites (Two Queen sized suites)
Entering the spacious and tastefully decorated masters suites you will find freshly laundered bedding and towels, large walk in wardrobes and ample drawer space, cable TV, alarm clock radio, hairdryer and ceiling fan for your added comfort; together with your personal ensuite - bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking range & oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer (with ice maker), juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, dishwasher, double sink and waste disposal. A full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and cooking houseware.
 
Dining Area
The dining area next to the kitchen has a table which seats up to 6 for those family meals and there is a breakfast bar with 3 stools for informal snacking.

Laundry
A washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, mop & bucket, dustpan & brush and vacume cleaner are also provided in the separate laundry room adjoining the kitchen. This leads to the double garage, which stores the complimentary baby high chair and push chair, (baby cot in walk-in-wardrobe master bedroom) and sun lounger cushions.

Family Room
Our family room contains the entertainment centre, it has a large cable TV, CD Hi-Fi centre, DVD player, Hi Speed internet and small Library. The are two large sofa's (one is a queen sized sofa bed) and an arm chair. The decor is bright, calming and welcoming, there is ample lighting and a large ceiling fan to ensure the air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature.

Twin Bedrooms (Two twin rooms)
Both bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes and ample drawer space, ceiling fan, alarm clock radio and cable TV.

Third Bathroom
The third bathroom is shared between the two twin rooms, ample towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Covered Lania
For al fresco eating and drinking, with a table and six chairs, your covered lania has lighting and a ceiling fan to cool you during those hot Florida days or nights.

Pool Deck
The North facing large pool deck receives sunshine all day long and the heated 24x12ft pool is fully enclosed, private, peaceful, surrounded by mature garden planting and has excellent unobstructed views of the lake and wetlands. There is a chestfull of pool toys and ample space for sun loungers. The deck is lite at night for those evening swims or just relaxing after a long day of Florida FUN!

For the safety of our guests the villa is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, emergency lighting and monitored ADT alarm system.
