Rental Price
The rental prices listed below are for a 7 night stay in our villa and include a cleaning charge, Cable TV, Fast Internet connection, local calls, all linens (excludes beach towels) and use of the pool (pool heat not included).
If you require additional cleaning throughout your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

UK Prices include all local taxes / US Prices are not inclusive of the 12% US Tax, which will be added to the total.
For stays less than 6 nights, a £50 cleaning charge will be added to the total rental price.
Nightly rates are available at £69-£99 depending on the season.

We offer discounts, late booking deals and most prices are negotiable, please ask.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure yor villa booking, with the balance due 60 days before your arrival date.
A security deposit of £150 / $250 will also be requested - this will be returned within 21 days of your departure, after the villa has been checked for any loss, breakages or damage sustained during the rental period.
