The villa is built on the bank of one of Central Florida's 554 natural lakes, you may be lucky enough to meet some of the local wild life such as snapping turtles, armadillos, alligators or the numerous bird life (in particular the Sand Hill cranes).
Ideally situated within a quiet and peaceful residential area of 49 houses. A short 3 minute drive will take you to the exclusive Champions Gate area, where you will find a Publix supermarket, Chillis restaurant, Walgreen's Bank/ATM, together with other restaurants and shops. It is also only 3 minutes from I4 exit 58 and US27, the villa offers you a great central location to access all the fun that Orlando has to offer. Disney, Universal, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, the water parks, shopping malls & outlets and access to US 192 strip / old town, (with its numerous bars, restaurants and MORE shops) are only a short car hop away!
This 4 bedroom family villa was personally selected by us because of it's quiet, private and peaceful location and it's proximity to the prestigious Champions Gate area, (with it's 2 first class national & International courses , designed by Greg Norman and regarded as one of Americas top courses.
There are two master suites, each one with it's own private bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom. The villa offers ample living and recreational space. This makes it ideal for two families to share and split the cost - what a bargain and so much more comfortable than a pokey hotel room and a pool full of people!
The optionally heated pool overlooks a tranquil natural lake, offering soothing, natural views enabling you to escape the stresses and strains of everyday life and truly appreciate your vacation time.
So whether it's playing golf on the many courses or just crazy golf at pirates cove, this villa offers you access to weeks of fun filled days.
The villa has all the comforts of home, we also provided hairdryers in all 3 bathrooms; infact all you need to bring are beach towels if you wish to drive the 50 minutes to Florida's Gulf or Atlantic beaches , or just laze by the pool...
